I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me. When you enter your information on this page, my site will contact me via text messege on my cell phone, letting me know that you have requested a call back about an appointment.(Please note that if I do not get cell service text wont come across until I return to a service area)  It will also notifiy me by e-mail ( I check my e-mail a few times a day)
